Hayden is a personal trainer with over 12 years of experience helping people from all backgrounds get stronger, fitter, and more confident. Whether you’re swimming 11 miles, climbing mountains, or just trying to make exercise part of your routine, he’s here to support you.
       

Hayden believes fitness is about building a healthy relationship with your body and your goals. His relaxed, no‑judgment approach focuses on setting realistic goals and giving you the tools to reach them.
       

He keeps training simple and effective, using progressive overload to build strength you can feel—no gimmicks, just real results.

In less than one year, I have made major gains in strength, endurance, balance and coordination from  training with Hayden.
